I know how tricky it can be to make sure everyone gets their needs met, but I also know that relationship building and a little creativity can go a long way.
Community connections give children a sense of belonging.
Each Tuesday and Wednesday morning I volunteer in elementary classrooms working with students who need a bit more of that one-on-one and small group support.
I get to see our phenomenal educators in action, and student growth first hand.
When I was asked to consider running for school board to be an advocate, it was a no brainer.
As a mom of three kids in our district, I've got skin in the game when it comes to our public schools.
Strong communities are built on a strong commitment to education.
As a school board trustee I will work hard to assure that our educators are well supported in their important work, and our students have equitable access to a high quality education.
